Rates

Here at WCM (Services) we charge by time so you only pay for the time it takes to complete your requirements. We do not charge call out fees, just a minimum one hour charge.

Any materials that are supplied by us are additional to the hourly rates.

Our rates apply to working hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Should you require work to be done outside of these hours this can also be easily arranged. For further assistance please contact us.

WCM (Services) also offers a regular maintenance service for a monthly fee, and will attend your premises on an agreed schedule to make sure that they are kept tidy and in good repair. Please contact us or call to discuss your requirements.
